1. Acceptance
By using LocuVibe, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Age Requirement
LocuVibe is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. You must not use LocuVibe if you are under 18.
3. App Functions
LocuVibe provides local media review, photo and video browsing, media preview actions such as Hide, Like, and Close, a journal memory shelf, creative note pages with ruled paper, dates, mood labels, stickers, tape, photos, drawings, Likes navigation, Settings navigation, and theme puzzle cards where local media can be repositioned and resized.
4. Local Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the photos, videos, notes, drawings, decorations, theme edits, and other materials you keep or create in LocuVibe. You should only use content that you own or have the right to use.
5. Proper Use
You agree not to use LocuVibe to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, create harmful content, attempt to disrupt app functionality, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or misuse Google Play services connected to the app.
6. Privacy Boundary
LocuVibe collects only User ID information. All other information is stored on the user's phone for local app use and is not collected by us. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.
7. App Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of LocuVibe as needed for product, legal, technical, or store-compliance reasons.
8. No Warranty
LocuVibe is provided as available. We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, or local file format.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocuVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of local content, device issues, or interruption of app use.
