Privacy Policy

LocuVibe is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. This Privacy Policy explains that LocuVibe collects only User ID information. All other information is not collected by us and is stored on the user's phone for local app use.

1. What LocuVibe Does

LocuVibe is a local-first memory studio. Its app functions include reviewing local photos and videos, previewing media, hiding or liking items, writing journal notes, using ruled paper, decorating with photos, stickers, tape, and drawings, browsing liked memories, managing settings, and arranging media inside theme puzzle cards.

Limited collection: LocuVibe collects only User ID information. LocuVibe does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, videos, diary entries, mood labels, likes, hidden items, stickers, tape choices, drawings, theme cards, settings content, location, contacts, camera files, microphone files, payment card details, or device media.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only User ID information. User ID information may be used to support basic app operation, service continuity, app integrity, and technical support related to the user's app access.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect local photos, videos, filenames, previews, hidden-state choices, liked items, journal titles, note text, mood tags, date chips, paper preferences, stickers, tape, drawings, theme puzzle selections, generated cards, app settings content, search behavior, contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, or payment credentials.

4. Local Phone Storage

All information used by LocuVibe features other than User ID is stored on the user's phone for local use. This may include media references, journal content, liked or hidden status, decorations, theme puzzle edits, and settings. LocuVibe does not collect that information from the phone.

5. Google Play

If a user downloads LocuVibe or makes store-related actions through Google Play, Google may process information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. LocuVibe does not collect billing credentials or payment card numbers.

6. Age Requirement

LocuVibe is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 must not use LocuVibe.

7. Security

Because LocuVibe keeps app materials local on the phone except for User ID information, users should protect their device with a secure screen lock, updated operating system, and careful device access controls.

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if app functions, legal requirements, or store requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
