1. Membership Features
Membership may provide enhanced access to LocuVibe functions such as expanded creative note styling, additional paper or decoration choices, advanced theme puzzle layouts, refined media organization, and other premium local-first features made available in the app.
2. Store Billing
Membership purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing may be handled by Google Play. Google Play terms and policies may apply to billing and subscription management.
3. Renewal And Cancellation
If a membership renews automatically, renewal terms will be shown through the purchase flow. Users can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through Google Play settings according to Google Play rules.
4. Local Content
Membership does not change LocuVibe's privacy boundary. LocuVibe collects only User ID information. Photos, videos, notes, likes, hidden-state choices, stickers, tape selections, drawings, theme puzzle edits, and settings remain stored on the user's phone for local app use.
5. Feature Changes
We may add, remove, adjust, or rename membership features as LocuVibe evolves. We aim to keep the membership experience consistent with the app's premium local memory studio purpose.
6. No Transfer
Membership access is for personal use and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or used for unauthorized commercial distribution.
7. Age Requirement
Membership is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.
